This is a funny and cruel idea I came up with upon my many months of freetime. First of all you need -
1. a bike
2. discman
3. some small speakers
4. Something to secure the speakers onto the bike
5. a cd
6. a neighborhood with many little children

First thing you need to do is burn a cd with the tune the ice cream man plays. a lot of towns use "do your ears hang low". So burn whatever tune your town uses onto a cd. The pop it in the cd player and attatch the speakers to you bike and crank up the volume as you play the music. It will be hillarious watching the little kids run out and get disappointed. For more fun bring a friend. And have him ride on the pegs and throw firecrackers at little children.
