Now this is a site with pure beauty. Next to no vandalism at all. However this site is very well gutted out. About 20 or so buildings liter this site, half of them are used for storing, what we belive to be large melted down lumps of platinum(still a little unsure, test results weren’t quite accurate). There was one building I remember going into and up to the third/top floor, was a very well planned fire escape, although the stairs were removed here the fire escape slide still remains. Between the control room and the factory floor is a 6-inch thick piece of glass, with this much safety and caution involved it kinda makes you wonder just what was being made there. Another building was a form of interior storage the second floor was set up like a loft area 10 ft below the ceiling and 20ft above the floor. Anyway this are was made with steel i-beams and wooden floors. Caution must be used up here (in fact I suggest that if you do go to this site that you don’t go up there) as parts of the ceiling have rotted through allowing the floor of the loft to do the same. I, being the idiot that I am, was ignorant of this fact until it was too late, walking across the floor I found a weakspot, the hard way, and near fell through the floor. Luckily someone was smart enough to put a railing along the interior of the loft. In the same split second I began to fall through, I also grabbed the railing, saving myself from impending pain. Other than a few hazards and rusted/correded stairways this is still a fun site to visit.
