what you do is when someone you know and hate or just want to see suffer is not around and you have acses to their vehicle run a long strip of thin wire (you can get this wire if you take phoneline and slice it open and get one of the strips)and run the wire from one of the sparkplugs threw the door(be sure to hide it like under the floor mats)under the drivers seat and try to get it to where it will touch some part of their body when they sit down then wait when they go to their vehicle and start it up they will get shocked.
