Heres an old classic: Find an unlocked car. Youll need a piece of lumber or a broom handle a bit longer than your arm. Open said car, and wedge the lumber between the seat and the steering wheel, activating the horn. You might have to move the seat to get the board to sty in place. Lock the doors and close them. For added fun, turn on the headlights on the way out, all the better to discharge the battery. HONNNNNNNNNNNK! Hilarity ensues.
