This is extremely dangerous. You could be charged with manslaughter.
Anyway, I saw this once in an educational film at school. You go to a really crappy trailer park, and bring a tow chain or tow rope. This has to be a really lousy trailer park, with some trailers that still have the wheels attached. Find such a trailer.
There should be a large truck parked nearby. It will probably be the color of rust and Bondo, with a Confederate States of America flag on the rear window, or, perhaps a urinating Calvin. Hitch the trailer up to the bumper of the truck, or the rear axle. Leave.
In the film, the kid secretly hitched the trailer up to an old Chevrolet Nova. When the car drove away, the trailer was pulled off its foundation, and the occupant was burned when a pot of hot water fell off the stove. In reality, I think the power lines would be severed, along with water pipes, and a connection to a propane tank. Destruction ensues.
