Ok, this is my first egg... and i’m gonna tell you guys how to make a quickish propane camp stove.

You will need: A propane torch (the cheep kind without a built in ignitor), A small camping size bottle of propane, a soda or beer can, a wire close hanger or other thick wire, duct tape, needle nose plyers, wire cutters, Great stuff/Touch N foam sealant, and something to poke small holes with.

Ok... first you take the pop tab off of the can and dispose of it or whatever... then flip the can over. On the outer edge on the bottom you need to poke about 12-16 evenly spaced small holes.

Now cut out three 6" pieces of wire from the cloths hanger or whatever u are getting it from, and bend one end over about a 1/4 inch down.. the wire should now be about 5 1/4 inches long.

Next move down about a half inch and bend it about 30 degrees the opposite way like so...

Now go to the other end and bend it all the way over about an inch down to make a small loop....

After you do this with all 3 wires, cut out another wire that is about 15 inches long and bend it into a circle.

Now bend a little of both ends of the circle over to interlock them, then squeeze them together...

Attach the ends of the 3 wires that have the big bend to the circle, make sure that the 30 degree bend goes outwards...

Now heres the tricky part, use some duct tape to tape the bottoms of the 3 wires onto the can, you want the round part on top to be about even with the highest part of the can. I suggest lightly taping it then flipping it over and pressing it against the ground to make sure its even. Once it is even, tape it really good.

Then take the end of the nozzle off of the torch if u can...

Now put the nozzle in the mouth of the can, and spray some foam sealent in there to hold it in and seal it. You will probabilly have to hold it until it drys some or figure out a way to keep it held there... You want it to be strait up and down so when u put something on to cook it will balance..

The finished product should look something like this.....

It might smoke a little at first because of the coating of the wire hanger burning off... idk if its hazardous to ur health but i kno its not good 4 u so just let that burn off then u will b good... I havent had the tape catch on fire or anything yet, and prolly wont, just dont leave it on for a really really long time. I can boil water and cook soup and stuff with mine so i think its good enough. Oh and also, u can skip everything about the wire if u want to, but it will b hard to ballance stuff, it would still be good to just sit a can on top of and cook some food tho.

Well good luck on this if u try it... and sorry about the crappy camera, lol

Dangerous, and dumb. Waste of propane. I just drill some wholes in the sides, and fill with alcohol. An easy way toput out, is pusha straw into baking soda, then blow it onto the flames.

I’m proud of all of you. None of you rated him a zero for stating that it was his first egg. We’re getting better.

so if I write an egg like tying your shoe with good spelling, and limited web speak you’ll rate high?
