To start, don’t hassle me about drug eggs. If you don’t like drugs or paraphernalia, close this page now.
Ok, some of you may have already seen a device like this. You might know it as a spoof (a home-made smoke odor neutralizer). They’re usually made with a paper towel tube but those are large and hard to hide. This device is portable and discrete.
Before you start, know that this smoke neutralizer is for smell. It doesn’t stop the smoke from being in the room. What it does do is to take the smoke and make it smell like a fresh pile of laundry.
All you’ll need for this project are some supplies that you most likely have lying around the house.
Materials:
1. Any Chap Stick
2. Dryer sheets
3. A drill, awl, or something else to poke a small hole.
4. A napkin
5. Some glue
How to Build It:
1. First, open up the chap stick and twist it till it stops coming out. Then, break off the chap stick as close to the bottom as possible.
2. Pry out the spin wheel on the bottom.
3. Put the stem of the spinner on the top of the chap stick holder, twist it counter clockwise until it hooks the pink (or other color) piece, and pull it out.
4. Clean off the piece from all chap stick gunk that may be on it so it’s clean. Then put a thin line of glue around the inside of the top of the chap stick tube and push in the pink piece until it looks like the picture. Let it dry fully.
5. Take your dryer sheet and cut about a two inch strip off one of the sides of the dryer sheet. Cut up that strip into small squares (roughly inch by an inch) and put them into the back of the tube. Fill it, but don’t overstuff it.
6. Now, grab your spinner piece and twist off the stem as low as you can with a pair of pliers.
7. Grab the awl or drill bit and punch a small hole through the center of the spinner.
8. Now just put the bottom piece in, and you’re done.
When you smoke, exhale slowly through the mouth area of the chap stick and the smell of the smoke will come out neutralized from the bottom hole. Don’t try inhaling through the neutralizer, I don’t know what the risk is but I wouldn’t advise trying it.
You should change the squares often but, depending on how often you use it, you’ll have to change them more or less frequently.
Questions Answered: 1. -Q: Neither air nor smoke will pass through my smoke neutralizer.
-A: Remove some of the dryer sheet squares, it’s too packed. If it still doesn’t, try pushing a straightened paperclip or needle through the hole in the bottom and wiggling it to free up a tunnel.
2. -Q: The neutralizer isn’t neutralizing the odor of the smoke.
-A: Blow more slowly into the neutralizer. It gives it more time to kill the smell.
-A2: Add a few more squares of dryer sheet.
3. -Q: The purifier stopped making the smoke not smell.
-A: Replace the dryer sheet squares with fresh ones.

Aug 25, 2007 8:57 pm - very cool idea, but i always just get a toilet paper or paper towel roll and stuff a whole bunch of dryer sheets in it. it works really good. your way is more original though.

It’s really old but the chapstick is a new idea, you can only use this with one hitters because joints/big bowls loose 15% of their smoke from the cherry when they aint being toked so it’ll still stink of Greenz. 3* because its well explained and pics but its not a new idea and no vedeo.

to be used for enjoying your smokeable products out of a small pipe or "one hitter" so you can tap out the cherry and stop the smoke (keeping it discrete).
I was considering putting up a video but didnt think it was necessary. I’ll put one up later today though.

I was just pointing out not to use a bong or Jay for this coz’ it wasnt mentioned in the egg and i’m sure alot of poeople on here would try it with a Jay and get caught or moan that it didnt work.

Aug 28, 2007 7:29 pm - nice man but people should use a toilette paper or even papertowel roll for smoking weed. fill those half up with bounce sheets they work really good no matter how fast you blow your hoot through them. lmao better for bong hits before bed or w.e xD

but yeah ivanivish, if you want to use a paper towel tube, go for it (i used to use them too). The bigger it is the more filtering it does. This is just more convenient though because its really easy to take with you anywhere like a car or a friends house or whatever.
