Electric_Napalm came with the idea to make avatars of star’s, the number of stars should be the same as your members lvl.

No it’s not a group of hackers. Its a group of hopeless idiots, the member duct_tape parodied their avatar and many other members such as myself and electric_napalm followed suite, then Viper came and killed the funny with his version.
