what you need:
a working lighter
a non working lighter!
First off get the old lighter and take it apart!
U will need the flint and the spring!
Get the flint and wrap the spring around it!
Make sure it is tided around it good so it wont fall off! Get the working lighter and start heating the flint up....but make sure ur holding the spring at the end it gets hot! So burn the flint till it turns orange !..find ur target and throw it!!
