Bigger muscles in 24 little hours

There is a method that I and many others have used to gain muscle size in 1 day. It is called the one day specialization routine, what it involves is devoting 12 hours to train. You have a short (1 exercise, 2 sets, 10-15 reps)workout every hour. Lets use the chest as an example:

8:00 bench press 2x10-15 reps
9:00 bench press 2x10-15 reps
10:00 bench press 2x10-15 reps
11:00 bench press 2x10-15 reps
12:00 bench press 2x10-15 reps
1:00 bench press 2x10-15 reps
2:00 bench press 2x10-15 reps
3:00 bench press 2x10-15 reps
4:00 bench press 2x10-15 reps
5:00 bench press 2x10-15 reps
6:00 bench press 2x10-15 reps
7:00 bench press 2x10-15 reps
8:00 bench press 2x10-15 reps

The reason this works is because it keeps the given bodypart flushed and pumped and allows muscle growth. This works with any muscle. I understand you dont want to be in the gym for 12 hours waiting so if you have a gym at home do it otherwise use an alternative chest exercise you can do like the push up.

Best exercises and alternatives for different muscles are as follows:

pecs- bench press or push up
delts- lateral raise or lateral raise with another item (book etc)
legs- squat or squat with no weight
biceps- curl or curl with no weight
triceps- barbell extension or extension with another item

no afens, like it helps but u are fucking stuped. your body does not build mucle wile u are working out they builde when u rest your body needs at lest a day to rebuild mucle if u do this u will just hurt yourself and atualy fuck up your mucle i know my friend tried it. the ONLY to get big is to work out hard let your muscles rest and eat allot of calories and protien ie prodien shakes sorry dude next time try it firt and not just asume that more is beter

yeah musscle tears during workouts and heals when resting, and when it heals, it gets bigger...so there!lol

2 reps of 15 just put like 90 pounds it aint much ....but it wont hurt u

not true but ok i guess, if u guys want som real ways to get bigger stronger and look cooler go to bodybuilding.com its a great website and will tell u everything u need to now about lifting
