How to make a lighter cover

Sorry about the previous egg I hope this makes up for it


Materials:
Xacto knife preferably scissors are a real pain
Lighter
Paper I used sticky notes because they fit great
Glue
Needle and thread
Ps2, psp, gamecube, or any other item that has the same plastic covering on the box
Something to draw or color with (optional)


Begin by cutting the plastic off the game case.


Then lay the lighter on the edge of the plastic
roll it over once toward the middle.

Now cut it so that you have a rectangle but be sure to make it about an inch taller than the lighter.You should now have something like this.


Now wrap it around it making sure that it extends over both ends of the lighter(top and bottom) and begin to sew it back and forth across the gap between the 2 ends of plastic.Like that but on the side I couldn’t get a good picture of it.


Once you’ve sewn it all the way up and down the lighter cut off all the extra plastic from the top of the lighter to were the metal part ends. Now begin to wrap the thread around it like this.


And then tie off the ends. Now sew the bottom in the same fashion like this.


Now apply glue to the lighter plastic avoid gluing the lighter
and take the paper and wrap it around cut off any extra pieces of long paper.

Now you have your lighter cover.


You can color or draw on it if you wish I’m lazy so I made this simple drawing.
