hey guys im going to teach you how to make a better fish and chips using a beer batter!

ingredients: (the ingredient consumption varies on how many fish you are making)

500ml beer (pills brew is preferd but most other brews will work)
250ml of soda water
2 cups of self raising flour
2 cups of plain flour
a handful of Mcains chips
a deep fryer
fish (snapper or barramundi)

Directions:

1. Take the beer and soda water and mix into a bowl then add the flour and mix well if the batter is too thin than add more self raising flour to thicken it up.
2. Get your fish and coat it well in self raising flour.
3. coat your fish in your batter and put directly into the fryer along with your chips until golden brown.
4. serve with a slice of lemon
5. eat dat shiz nizle
