Mkay, I’m too lazy to earn my DPL so I shall make an egg in hopes that it will pay off..
To start off you will need:
Yourself (Jew)
Ulead (I’ll link to a free trial at the end of the egg)
Pics or a video for your gif
For anyone that doesn’t know what a .gif is, it’s a type of picture file (sort of) that moves. You will notice that the majority of RE has these
Okay so start off with opening Ulead, it’s the link I’m giving at the end.
It should look something like this
Now, to make one from scratch click the one on the left
[Excuse the ms paint toolbar on the outside]
For these 2 eggs I’m going to make one of each just so you all know what you’re doing.
Let’s start with one from scratch.
Open Ulead and click the one that I pointed out on the left. It leaves you with a blank square like so
Now design how you want using the tools on the side, they’re almost the same as MS paint. To add a frame, there’s a convenient button I circled for you at the bottom of the picture, to add more time to a frame, double click on of them and put your desired time
Remember 100=1 second
When you finish remember if you played your animation
to stop it before or it won’t let you save. To save go into File >Save as >.Gif file

Oh em gee, I’ll continue it tomorrow. Let’s call this part one and I’ll show you the 2 others in the other egg (yes I know I used pics that are supposed to be for all three things but oh well, also edited text to make it look like it was supposed to be 2 parts)

Ulead seems to be the animator of choice.... I use UnFREEz, but it looks like Ulead has much more options. You do a very good job on your avatars...
