In this (my first egg) i will show you how to extract and store Sparkler Powder, in a suitable glass vial.

First you will need:

-Sparklers (i used 3)
-Pack of sample Aftershaves
-Container
-Sheet of paper

To start with This is what the Sample Aftershave pack i used looks like.



And with the Vials removed



To make the vials any use first you must empty the liquid, because they are meant to be spotted on the skin blah blah, take the stopper out and tap them in sink.




Like so.

Then youll end up with something abit like...



OK! done with those, put them to one side and get your sparklers!



And bend the metal so all the solid flakes off them and collect this in a container.




Next take a suitable tool to crush up the solid into a fine powder, i used my pen knife with a spoon on it :)



And with abit of patients you should end up with this.



Next take your piece of paper and fold it in half, i only used a small piece, the place your powder in the crease and use it as a type of funnel.



I dont have a spare set of hands to take a shot of the powder going into the vial, but you know, i think its pretty obvious :)



So theres the finished product.

I suppose you could even stick a fuse in there and use it as it is, but im storing it up untill another day :)

because of the flammability of aftershave, you could have kept it in there and added the powder, then stick in a fuse and watch it blow (or burn) i would like to see the result of this
