Today im going to teach you how to make chocolate fudge ring.
fudge icing
300g chocolate broken into pieces
4 tablespoons of milk
50g unsalted butter sofened
225 icing sugar

grease and line the base of a 1.8litre ring cake tin. sift the cocoa and baking powder into a bowl. add the sugar margerine eggs vanilla essence and milk and whisk with an electric whisk for 2 mins.

turn the mixture into the prepared tin and level the surface. bake in a preheated oven gas mark 4 for 35 mins. then leave to cool.

for the fudge icing put the chocolate in a saucepan with the milk. heat gentley and until it has melted stir very often. stir in the butter then beat in the icing sugar and leave it to cool a bit.

split the cake horizontally in 3 layers beat the icing again until it has a fudgy texture. then put between the layers and all over the top and sides and middle.
decorate
with icing sugar and walnuts
