More fun with Negative X

Okay, in this egg I will show you two cool uses for Negative X.
What is Negative X? If you don’t already know, just check out my other egg. Thorough instructions to make it are included. http://www.rotteneggs.com/r3/show/se/333861.html
To begin I will show you how to make balls of Negative X float on the water and ignite at the same time.
MATERIALS NEEDED:
Negative X
Styrofoam chunks
Cellophane (plastic wrap)
Tape
To begin grab 3 or 4 small chunks of styrofoam.
You only need half the amount of styrofoam as you do Neg. X (example.¼ cup of styrofoam to ½ cup of Neg. X)
Cut two small strips of cellophane.
Mix up your Negative X OUTSIDE yes I know i didn’t but do as I say not as I do.
Now put the Neg. X on a strip of cellophane.
Put the small chunks of styrofoam on one side of the Neg. X and start wrapping it up into a ball with both strips of cellophane. Once you’ve done that, use some clear tape to keep it from coming unraveled.
Use a knife to poke a hole in the ball
Cut it a little larger than this so the water can get into it.
Drop it in the water and stand back...
Styrofoam or cellophane are nowhere to be seen.
You can see a thin foil of solidified zinc on the water.
You can use this for whatever you want... toss it in the water and watch it burn.
Well that’s it for that section... let’s move on.
Now I will show you how to make a pressure sensitive ball that will ignite when you squeeze it or step on it.
MATERIALS NEEDED:
Negative X
Candle wax
Hypo-dermic needle
Cellophane
Tape
Alright, in the first step you are going to have to dip your finger into wax.
Get your wax melted.
Start to dip your finger in, over and over, letting the wax cool before each dip. After enough dipping, you should be able to pull the wax off your finger.
Carefully pull this off your finger tip.
Repeat this so that you have two similar cups of wax.
You should be able to put them together like this now.
Use your finger to dip into the wax and cover the seam so that the two halves are stuck to one another.
No cracks or holes should be visible.
Now get your needle.
Now with it poke two small holes close to one another in the hollow wax ball.
Fill the needle up with water and put the tip in one of the holes in the wax ball.
Inject a SMALL amount of water...0.5 mL should suffice.
Now seal both holes with more melted wax.
Set that aside and mix up some Negative X OUTSIDE.
Grab your wax ball, make sure there is no moisture on it, set it on a strip of cellophane and pour on your Neg. X.
Wrap it into a ball like so... use as much cellophane as you think it needs.
Now tape it up to keep it from unraveling.
This is what you should be left with...
Now you can throw it at something solid or step on it and it will ignite.
I chose to step on it.
You can use this to throw at something or you could leave it on a path often walked by unsuspecting victims...
Here is a video of one I made last night.
Yeah it’s dark but you can see the flame very well.
