You know, that is not the whole story of the haunted house. This is how it really goes.

The legend goes, there once was a happily living couple who got in a bad argument. They had their house split in two and one half was on each side of the field. One lonley night the husband went insane. He walked over to the wives half of the house and stabbed her seven times and shoved her in the closet. Who every dares enter the house will be killed by seven ghost knives of worse
Of course, my friend and I had to check this out. The field was located about a 5 minute walk from our houses. So we decided to give it a try. I was dared to go in first, so I opened the door. As soon as I did, seven knives flew out of nowhere. I wa#*@! by several, leaving permanent scars. My friend was convinced that someone was playing a cruel trick on us, and he opened the door to go in. As soon as he did, seven ghost knives flew out of nowhere. We both ducked, knives missing our heads, but barely I was now convinced that someone was playing a trick on us, so I opened the door. No knives flew out this time. I walked up to the closet and something came over me. I opened the door. What I saw cant be explained, only told of. I think I saw a skeleton with glowing red eyes. It could of been a mop, but noone will ever know. My friend and I now believed the legend. He decided to give it one more try, and walked into the house. He got to the center and yelled "is anyone there?". Later, he told me he felt a prickly feeling on the back of his neck. We learned that this was part of the legend: whoever disturbs the slumber of the wife will have their flesh eaten from them. Kinda icky. He walked a few steps forward and he was back at the door! We also learned that this is part of the legend: People will never know farther that they can see. All he says he remembers it yelling then walking back to the door. Thats kinda strange, considering the fact that he didnt walk.
About the other half of the house. The legend is a bit simpler here, after the 7th visit to the house, the house and the woods around it will dissapear all together. As a kid, I remember going to a house in the middle of the fields woods and walking in then coming out. About a moth later, going back, only to find nothing. I miss those woods, I had a nice kicker back there
When a few more kids had some run-ins with the house, the government decided to tear it down. Of course, this is something we had to see. As the wrecking ball hit the house, we saw a bluish ghostly figure rise form the chimney. It could of been a tricked out smoke ball, but we doubt it because when we were giong back home, we could of sworn we both saw footprints appearing beside us.
To this day, we dont know what the footprint were, but we suggest it was the spirit of the wife, going to seek revenge and never be heared o#*@!ain and even now, the legend continues
This may seem to u a bunch of crap, but trust me on this, its not. heck, ask destructo if u wanna..................................................
