This is a revenge prank. It will leave your victim tearing up. Bring some super glue in a public bathroom. Make sure that nobody is in there so that you aren’t caught what-so-ever. Go into all the stalls and put superglue on the toilet seat and flushers. Take a small amount of water and mix it in with the super glue. (It keeps the glue from drying.) Never-The-Less it will still almost instantly connect to skin on contact. When your victim sits on the seat, the seat will only feel cold. But when they standup, it will do a couple of things...It might rip a little skin off...And it will sting.
