Knots

Fisherman’s knot

Lay the 2 lines parallel tying an overhand with 1 end around the standing part of the other turn the half completed knot end for end. Then tie an identical overhand knot at the other end then pull on both ends to tighten the knots then on the standing part to tighten the knot.

Bowline

Bring the working end across the standing part of the rope to form an overhanging loop. Rotate the hand clockwise so it will create a smaller loop in the standing part of the rope. Ensure that the working end points upwards from back to front threw the smaller loop. Lead behind the standing part then tuck it back down from the smaller loop from front to back. Arrange the bowline with a long end.

Clove hitch

Hold the rope in a straight line and make an over hand loop of any size at any point. Add an underhand loop further along the line so now there is now a pair of loops consisting of two apposing halves. Arrange the 2 loops so that they are the same size and close together on the line. Rotate the 2 loops a little at the same time in opposite directions in order to position them so the overlap precisely. Insert a foundation through both loops and pull on both ends to tighten the hitch.

Round turn and 2 half hitches

Take a turn around the anchorage of the ring and bring the working end alongside the standing part apply a single half hitch by tying an overhand knot with the working end of the rope. Add an identical second half hitch and draw the snugly together to complete.

Reef knot

Bring to ends of a rope together left over right tie a half knot and bring both ends together right over left. Tie a second half knot the 2 entwined parts will now spiral to the right.

Sheepshank

Fold the rope and fold it once again shortening it as required into a shallow s shape with 2 loops. Make an incomplete overhand knot in one standing part. Pull the adjacent loop through the marlin spike hitch in a locking tuck that goes over under over the rope. Turn the half finished knot end for end and make another marlin spike in the other standing part. Insert the remaining loop over under over securing the hitch then tighten both ends of the knot.

Double sheet bend

Create a loop in one end of the ropes take the 2nd rope and tuck it up through the loop bring the end beneath the loop in the first rope. Tuck the working end beneath itself so that both short ends are located on the same side of the knot bring the working end around and beneath the loop and its own standing line once again keeping it to the right of the original pass and then tuck the end threw alongside the initial tuck to complete the double knot.

Prusik knot

Make a loop with part of an endless sling and lay over a climbing rope bend over and down behind the rope. Pass the standing part of the sling through the working loop. Pull some slack out of the initial loop and take it up and over and the climbing rope once more. Take the working loop back down behind the climbing rope again. Tuck the remainder of the standing part threw the wrapped loop and tighten the knot.

Vice versa

Lay the 2 to be joined parallel and together. Take the working line on the right end of the line on the right hand side and bring it beneath the other standing part. Pass the end over line and tuck it beneath itself. Take the other working end on the left hand side passing over the 1st of the 2 lines now bring the second working end back beneath the other line and up past the front of the knot. Cross the right hand end over the left hand end and tuck it threw the left hand loop alongside its own standing part similarly take hold of what has become the right hand end tuck the remaining working end threw the right hand loop alongside its own standing part pull on all four lines at once to tighten it.

i’ve seen this exact thing elsewhere. IF you’re gonna post an egg, at least make a good quality one. That way we just might have more people here, instead, there first inpression in "omg this place suckz! they has no grammars and c/p stuff all the timez!". Then they leave.
