yea i dont know if this was ever posted i havent been on for a long while =( ne way......
the Lemonade diet
ok wut u need is 1/2 a lemon
class b or c maple syrup
and canyenne pepper
get a glass and squeeze the lemon then drop 2 tablespoons of the syrup in it then added a little of the pepper in the mix. Dont forget to add water =) lol use bottles or pure, tap will not help. Mix it all together and drink it all up.
this will make u not hungry for a long time period of time, trust me it works on on the wrestling team and this is what helped me drop 14 lbs in 2 weeks. the whole point of this diet is to cleasne ur body and lose weight by not feeling hungry -)
Nov 23, 2007 2:07 pm - alle working out does not help u lose weight, it helps u become physically fit, but in most cases u gain muscle, which weighs more than fat, and also this does work 5 *
