What you need:

1. Neighbor You Don’t Like
2. Neighbor’s address & names of all people in household - 3. pets are special bonuses
Internet access
4. a web-based email address that isn’t your name (duh...)

Now here is what you do:

Search the internet and find sites that send out free samples... magazine sub5criptions, strange religious information, birth control and std medication coupons, condoms, and things of that nature are the funniest. Now just request samples of everything for your neighbor and watch them wonder where all this junk is coming from. Some sites make you verify the request via email, thats why you need the email address (duh). Bonus points for sending credit cards, childrens’ magazines, or college applications to pets. Double bonus points for having your neighbor ordained as a minister, and tripple bonus points for doing the same to their pet.
