People working in offices perfectly knows toners (the refills for photocopy machines) are filled with black, thin, almost impalpable powder. This powder causes, if badly handed, damages to clothes, furnitures, skin, etc.
Trying to clean with water or chemicals will causes other mess.
Fill a "mail-lite" envelope with the powder extracted from the toner (be careful because it is also extremely volatile), superglue the envelope so it’s hard to open and then mail it to your mark.
