O.K. so I’ve gotten tired of paintball so I went to WalMart the other day and bought some cheap airsoft pistols but they were like annoyingly heavy so I decided to take some weight off of them, once I did that I decided to make an egg about it. So here it goes.
Supplies:
(notice you need the clip too)
Step1: Take off the grips so it looks like this.-
Step2: Unscrew the screws I’m pointing to.-
Step3: Take the piece you cock it with and remove it from the frame(the barrel should come off also).-
Step4: Unscrew these three screws(first pic), you should see a weight inside when opening(2nd pic).--
Step5: Remove the weight so it looks like this, then reassemble it(screws and all).-
Step6: Put the barrel on the frame like so.-
Step7: Put the cocking piece back on the rest of the gun(should look like it did before).-
Step8: Put all the screws back in from before(refer to step2 to see where they go).
Step9:replace the grips, and your done with this part(see main picture for result).

Now for the majority of the weight.
Step1: Remove your clip from the gun.-
Step2: Unscrew these three screws.--
Step3: Open it up and see the weight.-
Step4: Don’t be afraid to break it open and remove the weight it will look like this.-
Step5: Now put the two halves back together(it is very important that you put the spring back in the right way also[with the plastic piece]).
Step6: Now replace the screws (refer to step2).
Step7: Now put the clip back into the gun and feel the difference.-

Nov 30, 2007 9:11 pm - Well on these I did it to the first one and it shoots better so then I did it to the other one, so I think it’s more the quality of it is effects the performance along with weight but like I said with these it works better and thanks for saying why you voted it unlike some people on here aren’t lvl 1’s and can comment.
Nov 30, 2007 11:43 pm - Incase you didn’t know, they add weight to make the gun a shitload more accurate (even though god only knows if it can even hit targets from 10 feet away) and the metal brick in the magazine/clip is to make it slide out effortlessly...I’ll give 1* for effort...

and i know this is extremely simple but a better de5cription would have gotten u a 5 from me.

Dec 07, 2007 9:02 pm - The can tabs are from Baddspella’s egg for the can tab chain and the only reason I have a crappy gun is due to the fact that I have it is for messing around with my friends, but I prefer paintball.
