I had this idea one day. I had a ton of coins in my car and no where to put them, but I had lots of cans. So I came up with this idea to take the top of the can off, and use it as a coin holder.
What you will need:
-A Can Opener
-A Can
-Some coins
It works very well, when taking off the top of a can, it leaves no metal edges along the inside of the can.
Step One:
Find a can of your favorite choice! (Soda, Beer, Energy Drink, etc..)
Step Two:
Press your can-opener firmly along the inside ridge of the can, press hard and make sure that the blade of the can opener is inside of the rip, and not just sitting on the outside of it.
Step Three:
Slowly but with out stoping, remove the top of the can allowing the top to fall into the body of the can.
Remove the top from inside the can, make sure not to cut your fingers, the top will be sharp unlike the inside of the can.
Step Four:
Take a ordinary dish towel, or even tissue paper will work, and remove any excess soda from the inside of the can.
Step Five:
Now take your coins, or what ever you you like, and start collecting it in your new can coin bank.
Remember it can be done with any can you like, with your favorite soda or what ever!
This idea, works really good for those of always have change in their pocket. Cans fit great inside of car can holders, so you can just place your new coin bank right into the can holder!

So you cut the top off a can? How about I go get a fucking cup from the cupboard and put coins in that. It would be pretty much the same thing. 0* for stupidity. |

Nice. Yes its an obvious idea but maybe not too everyone. I like it + alot of effort with pics and de5cription so its a quality egg. |

i did this once with an erosol can, so i could put coins and and then put the airosol lid back on and no one knew it was my money stash 5 |

maybe you could put pot in it. so ppl wont know. I put a small sit in the top of a nalogine bottle and filled it up with money and glues the top. thats my coin case. |
