Ok so today I stole my sisters ds :P off her and starting having a fiddle with it.
I’ve never really used one of them and I think I found a little trick to make animations using pictochat :)
So here it is..
Open up pictochat.
Ok now before you draw yourself your first frame you have to put a little mark somewhere in the top and the bottom of the page so that you animation stays the same size throughout.
Ok now draw your first frame
Click send
then click this weird button to copy the current message that is shown in the top screen to the bottom screen and at the moment its the message that you just sent
To copy a diferent message scroll to it by using either L or R
Now draw a 2nd frame for your animation im just going to extend a lline
and then again...
do this until you have finished your animation,
Now scroll back up to the top by holding R
Now to make your animation play hold down L and R but hitting L just before you hit R.
And your animation should play :)
Here is that one i just made and another one i made in about 30 seconds just to put in the egg.

There usualy a little faster then this i just forget to change my framerate when i was exporting and didnt save.
As you can see these are relatively shit animations but you can make some really good ones, i made heaps today but didnt film them
it may not be that great a thing but is very addictive for if your bored
Dec 20, 2007 3:10 am - I found this out myself its pretty fun for the first 10 mins you have a DS, then it gets boring. I only gave u 3* because you should put more effort into an animation to show what it can do. Like i made a mario hopping along on goombas and pipes XD

5 on this though even though i dont have a ds nor do any of my friends
