Stuff you will need:
Shoe string
Needle
Lighter
Scissors
Q Tips
1st take the Q Tip and take off all the cotton on it. IT should look like this.
2nd take your q tip and the needle and place the needle half way inside the q tip.
3rd take the lighter and were the end of the q tip is were the needle is in light it on fire just for a couple of seconds. Wait untill it is starting to melt then wait a sec and it will kinda cool down and push the melted q tip around the needle like this.
4th take the shoe string and cut a little bit of it off about a inch to a half inch.
5th take the little peice of the shoe string and place it about in the middle of the q tip like this.
6th take the lighter and light the end of the q tip on fire and then when its still on fire push the shoe string over the fire witch will put out the fire and melt the plastic to the shoe string like this.
And thats the finishing project
Here is me shooting it in to the wall with my blow gun.
This is how far it went into the wall if you can even tell.

Dec 20, 2007 11:00 pm - I woulda 5’d you but Torpedo Socks just mentioned that. i dont like eggs that are posted that are very similar to the ones before it. in your case tha’s what it is. so i vote you 2STARS for effort because you took these pictures and assembled with all the proper stuff for a good egg, but it was made before.

ec 21, 2007 5:02 am - yeah but his egg is not the same exact thing as the other one. THe other on uses a straw and his uses a Q-tip. He just gave us another idea of how to make one with household materials. I’ll give it a 4* Make your pictures bigger next time you make an egg.
