ok to charge a copasiter(however its spelled)you need:
a capasitor(can get from almost any thing electric_)
somthing to charge it with(*four wheeler dirt bike ect)
ok what u do is take the wire end of the cupastitor and stick it in the plug cap making sure it is tuoching the mettle part inside. then try to start it a few times this runs curent to the cupaster were it is stored!(the biger the capacty of the capaciter the greater the charge. ok now is the fun part . take it holding the wire part and tell a friend to catch then youthrow it to him and if u did it right it shuold shock the hell out of him!!! haha if u want to discharge it just tuch the wire and the little round thing and u wont get shocked! ok thats it have fun!!
