Alright this egg requires that your in some sort of schooling.
Note that most students carry a backpack around with them holding there books?
Guess what!!!
The backpack is right behind them and that is definatly not in there line of sight. This makes it so much easier of not getting caught.
First,
You are most likely going to get pencils and other semi usless crapola. But you sometimes get lucky with, say an ipod.
So simply walk up behind them and silently unzip there bag. take a quick feel for itanz and then your set to take them.
I am also now remembering this is a prank website. So for the prank, take one of those zipties and tie there backpack shut.
This is preaty lame but sadly it works.
Oh yeah, in the class, say science. If you are doing a lab or something to distract your mark. Simply escuse yourself to go and nab there stuff because they will be most likely working at some other station and not taking there backpack with them.

Electric eels are very hard to get a hold of. If you were to get one, you would need a tank in the 700 gallon range at LEAST for these things.
I had the opportunity to hold on to one for the zoo here, but The largest tank I have is a 350, and I didn’t feel it would adequately house the eel, not to mention the fact that the 350 is stocked with large Cichlids (in the 12" range) that would destroy the eel.

2. To clarify it, its not c/p.
3. If its imposible to sneak up on someone how is it possible for a pick pocket as well, it takes longer for this but still you could do it while there distracted.
