This will show ya how to put your webcam or any other video as your wallpaper.
First download VCL Media Player and install it.
Then open it up you will get this

Then click on menu then here

This window is going to pop up. Clik refresh and chose your webcam. Click ok

Give it time to load. When you can see yourself on the screen right clik on your nose then choose wallpaper.


Then minimize it and you should see yourself as your wallpaper.
Or you can load a movie and set it as your wallpaper too.
