Some users may not be able to obtain the items in this guide, though they are cheap. Alternatives will be given, and should work just as well.
Tired of having to break all those damn match heads by hand? I sure as shit am. So lets explore the possibilities of tools!
Scissors? Fuck it.
Knife? Nah.
Nail clipper? Are you gay?
Hm... what about some forceps? Why you lazy bastard, thats brilliant!
These are what we’re talking about. Medical grade bitches. Sadly, I have a pair that are curved... no matter, straight or curved, whatever floats your boat.
If you can’t get these beauties, possibly try some large tweezers?
Though anything else that will clamp down works fine. Wrenches, clamps, the space in between a fork, anything to hold the match in place works fine.
The rest should be perfectly obvious (if the rest of this egg wasn’t!): Grip and break.
The great thing about these is the amount you can break at once. These curved forceps were able to easily break 4 at once, 5 with a little urging.
Of course, the bigger the tool, the more you can break.
Now, don’t be asking me "well, what the fuck do I need these niggas for," as that has been discussed MANY times on this website. Interested? Search "match head" and a few eggs should stand out.
For the TL;DR types: Break off match heads with clamps.

Jan 12, 2008 8:14 pm - I know I often refer to myself as a completely unbiased fair egg rater, but ugh, rating ALLE of all fucking people on RE...I hate your guts, but it’s a decent egg, and it was well explained. How about a compromise and I rate 3? The egg does have faults anyways like that there is lots of wood still on the heads, so it’s not that great...
Yeah, I think 3*** is a fair rating. I still hate you Alle, but the egg it’s too bad, so, umm...
