4-iPod cable that has the red yellow and whit cables at the end
Connect the iPod cable to your VCR and go to the channel you need to use your VCR. And hook the AUX side of the cable (looks like the head phone jack). Now take the Audio cable from your computer tower and plug into your iPod while your ipd is hooked into your iHome. You should end up with a quite loud partial surround sound system.

the "cable that has the red yellow and whit cables" is called an RCA cable and if its to plug into an iPod it would need to have one end as a 3.5mm headphone jack.
