first thing you need to know about this egg is the alphabet i will use, when i use a 3 in a word, i don’t mean "E", i mean the aa sound that is included in stereotypical arabic. a 7 means a heavy "h", a 2 is like a very short, hard a, and a kh is that sound from the back of the throat that also is very stereotypical of arabic.

also they’re are all in the egyptian dialect, the language may be different in, say, saudi arabia

another important one is "koss omak" it literally means "your mother’s vagina" but is used as "fuck you", just like fuck you it is generally regarded as the most insulting thing you can say to someone.

zib and zobr are two words for penis. zibby 3aleik (lit. my dick is on you) is a way of saying fuck you.
abouk means your father, it is also often used such as "ahlef b zib abouk" (lit. swear with your father’s dick) actually swear on your father’s dick.
deen is religion, usually it is the mother’s religion "deen omak" that is cursed, y’ell 3an means let it be belittled, or a curse on or fuck. y’ell 3an deen omak means basically fuck your mother’s religion, but is never used that way and usually used as fuck you.
arabic insults ARE very perverted, everyone who knows them knows that, but as my freind said to a prank caller "hamsekak men sha3r teez abouk w a ba3bas deen omak" (lit. i will grab you by your father’s ass hair and sodomise your mother’s religion) basically i will fuck you over.
