Materials:
Rolling Papers
ciggs/tobacco
hash
pin
You’ll need to know how to roll weed jays to roll hash jays.
Step one: take the tabaco from one or two ciggerettes depending on jay size and put it on a peice of paper
Step two: take a peice of the hash and roll it into a ball about 1/2cm in diameter, bigger for a stronger jay, put it at the end of the pin
Step three: burn the hash until the whole peice is consumed by the flame. When the lighter is removed, the hash should continue to burn. Let it burn for a few seconds.
Step four: knock the hash onto the tobacco, by burning it the hash becomes very crubly, so break the hash up into the tobacco and mix the two together.
(make sure to break it up before it cools off too much it stick back together as it cools off)
There should be no big clumps of hash in the mix, this will make the jay canoe.
Roll the jay like you would a weed jay but pack it with a pencil at the end.

Saudia arabia isnt a marijuana country something tropical like south america or or parts of central asia are.
Also you cannot "cut" weed because it is a solid not a powder and if you buy broken up weed there is soemthing wrong with you. You can be almost certain that the weed isnt "cut" with anyhting if its still in bud form(but it can be laced)
