When in Scotland you may encounter the lingo of the land, words that you may never of heard of. So i am here to teach you some phrases that you may come across while on your travels in this beautiful land (in no particular order)

awright= alright/ how are you
awfae= awful
aye= yes
gain tae= get to #*@!/ p1ss off
aye right= i dont think so/ doubt that
your gettin it= you are going to be beat up
baw heed= insult
doon= down
whit= what
mad for it= drunk
glasgae= glasgow ( a major city)
wanker= one who masturbates (insult)
manky= filthy/ horrible
weedgie= resident of glasgow
fanny= vagina (used as an insult)
fanny baws= insult
#*@! bob= one who is homosexual (insult)
awl= old
sheep shagger= one who has sex with sheep(aberdonians are regulay called this)
noo= now
Ho= hey
am gonae deck you pal= im going to beat you up, friend
chib= weapon
ned= non educated delinquent

grass - Tell-tale/Squeal

*To "dob" someone in or to "grass" on them is to squeal on them.
wide-oh - insult
dafty - an insult to someone who is daft (stupid)
weesht - shuttup
doon - down
