Wow I tried searching for this prank and couldn’t find it on here, which is suprising because it is old and extremely easy!
Alright all you need for this prank is a toilet, a victim, and a full bowel.
To upper deck someone, you are basically going to take a dump in what is called the tank or cistern (see pic below).
The tank is usually where all the clean water is, so with shit in it, every time you flush you just fill the bowl with more shitty water.
I’ve seen this done to someone, and let me tell you it is a pain in the ass to clean and stinks like... well... shit until you remove the log. Don’t do this to anyone unless they really deserve it because it could end a friendship lol. I guess you could add some piss in it too for short term effect.

Ha, flush the toilet, put something unter that piece what opens teh water valve and fill up wit a mixture of Urine, Shit, Mayonaise, Ketchup, some eggs, Milk, Yhogourt and just more milk and pee ^^
untill that swimmer-valve thingie is closed, just by the stuff in there ^^
