Information Before Reading This Egg
This is not a "How to get abs" egg.
This is for people who can see their abs when they flex.
But if you do not have abs, don’t worry, because if this egg succeeds and you guys want a "How to get abs" egg, then I will make one for you.
TL;DR: There won’t be a tl;dr because this egg is fairly short and if you are too lazy to read a couple of sentences then you are probably too lazy to get abs.
Also, I have seen this once on the internet a very long time ago, but I have tested this myself.

All right then, let’s get started!
Have you ever seen Bruce Lee’s abs?
This might sound gay, but look how "etched in" his abs look.
Well here’s a trick that will help you to get your abs looking like this without the need to flex.
THE TRICK For best results do this everyday Step 1. Take a couple of deep breaths.
It would help if you did this in front of a mirror
Step 2.Now take one deep breath and flex(squeeze, compress, you know what I mean) your abs and very slowly let go of the air in your lungs(your mouth should be in a very small "O" shape).
The whole process (letting the air out of your lungs) should take about 10-15 seconds.
What this does is it tightens the skin around your stomach so that you can see your abs better.
Now repeat if you want.
The great thing about this is you could do this whenever you want and it doesn’t take a long time.
Now do this for a week or two and you will begin to see results.
Of course, you will not get ripped from doing this, this is just a trick that helps your abs stand out.
So that’s it!
I’ve been doing it for a few weeks and it actually works, so try it out.
Oh yeah, and once again, if you do not have abs, don’t worry because if you guys want an egg on how to get them, I will make one.

Of course you need to have a bodyfat pretty low already, but take your thumb and pointer finger and pinch your sking on the side of your ribs.
You’ll see that it is getting tighter if you do it regularly
