Well, i guess r.e doesn\\’t like my seasoning. Here\\’s the hopefully non-dropped alternative.
I came up with the idea of making a delicious brownie in the least amount of time when i had a severe case of the munchies. Basically, there are no measurements set in stone, so there is room for error.
First off, you’ll need a 60:40 mix of milk to dark chocolate, and about a handful.
You’re going to need handfuls of the following; unsalted butter, egg and flour.
Break and mix the chocolate. Sepereate it into two piles, about 70:30.
Time to melt the larger pile of chocolate. You know the deal - in a glass bowl, inside a saucepan so it doesn’t burn. (Boil the water in a kettle first, to speed the process up)
When it reaches a marbled concistency like so, add it into your mixing bowl with all the other ingredients.
Add it all back into your saucepan and put the mixture back on low heat to melt the butter and mix the ingredients fully.
Pour the mixture evenly into your baking tray and top it off with your remaining chocolate :)
Bake it on about gas mark 6,(i think that’s 200 centigrade or 400 fahrenheit, check) until you can run a knife through the middle and pull it out with little to no liquid on it. finish it off with a candle hah. :)

it is well written and has good pictures.
i will add your first one to my dropped eggs group.
