Since this I’m from America, I know what it’s like to be bombarded by fat people. They’re everywhere.
You’d think that you would get used to it after years of smelling them when they bunch up around you at bus stops, in classrooms, and on amusement park lines.
WRONG.
You don’t want to be the next fatty to get stuck in one of those tube rides at a water park... right So follow my advice to drop weight FAST.
I have several suggestions, starting with the most radical/effective.
1. Fasting
Simple as it sounds. You can safely go 3 days on just water and fruit juices. Make yourself juice by getting out Mom’s old juicer, and shooting some veggies through. Add apples to everything you make, they taste great.
You will feel tired and all, but as long as your drinking the juice every few hours, you should lose a pound or more a day.
2. Eating raw
Like fasting, only easier. You would eat raw foods ONLY. What many people do is that they eat all raw fruit in the morning, and have a big fat salad at nigh with some nuts or an avocado. If you eat ALL raw 100 percent for a week, you should lose anywhere from 5-10 pounds.

Jun 06, 2008 9:01 pm - Honestly thats a horrible way to lose weight because you’re not losing it for good, you’re only "cutting" it. At the start of wrestling in November I was 168 lbs. when I needed to be down to 152 lbs. I worked out 4 hours every day and lost an average of 3 lbs. of water weight a day for two weeks. This was of course offset by the two bottles of water I drank every day so with pissing it averaged to almost 1.5 lbs. a day. I took laxatives on and off, took vitamins and lots of caffeine tablets to keep myself awake and energized. I lost the weight quickly and it wasn’t fun but it worked. Then I started eating very small meals and all of that weight would stay on because your stomach shrinks when you don’t eat enough and then you absorb everything.

theres no goddamn magical pill or miracle cure, aside from surgery the ONLY way your gonna loose weight is by a healthy balanced diet and active lifestyle. high fiber is good too. not that goddamn complicated
Jun 07, 2008 9:25 am - meh, you need an average of at least 1500 kilocarbs to stay alive, that is why you are feeling tired, you arent eating enough energetic things, if you know what i mean.

also oh-well-i-guess did you mean K-calories instead of carbs? 1500-2000 calories are suggested for your RDA(reccomended daily allotment) but is no means needed for pure survival, you could properly survive on much less. without doing the research id suggest 500-700 for pure survival.
however there isnt a rda for carbs its suggested to be 45-60% of that of your K-Cal which 1500 would be way too much considering carbs are measured in grams. 1500 kilocarbs would be 1500 kilos of carbs or, better explained as 3,300 pounds of lard daily (even 1500 carbs is 3.3 pounds)
or in some instances measured as percentage. 1500% would still be far too much for daily ammount and 1,500,000% is still above daily allotment
about 2k calories daily and roughly 300 carbs daily, less or more depending on your body weight/type or what pictular body image your shootin for.
(incase you decided to do some math and found out 2000/300=6 or 600% (for the fucks able to convert)numbers to precentages) is hella far from the reccomended 45-60% keep in mind 1 calorie = 4 grams
thus 300*4/2000=.6 or 60%)
so ill assume you ment calories
no yummy sauce. ill let yall research your own sauce if you think its bullshit. dayum i should put together my own diet egg, considering im such a fatass it would only be logical to teach instead of do it....if yaz intrested gives me a hellz ya and ill drop that gut on down to size
