How to Turn a VHS Tape into a Hiding Spot!

VHS tapes:
Pointless!
Stupid!
They don’t work in my DVD player!
But they do serve as a great hiding place for any ’substance’ you want to hide from snooping parents. :D
So why would you want to use a VHS tape as a hiding spot? This is a guide for people who have SNOOPY PARENTS!! Y’know, the step-mom who thinks it’s her right to go through your stuff and make sure you’re not using wacky tobaccy or magic mushrooms. And most snoopers do a pretty thoughough job, which limits the ammount of hiding spots. Here is a method that works really well.
First, you’re gonna need an old VHS tape and (preferably) it’s case. Remember to have it rewinded completely before you begin.
Now take a screwdriver and unscrew the tiny screws on the back. Keep the screws.
Turn the VHS tape back over. Now take off the top cover. Remember to push in the little button on the side of the tape dispencer.
Stick whatever you want inside the empty film wheel. Drugs, money, pictures :P
Now put the top back on, and screw in the screws.
Ok, now make a template of the little window on the front of the tape. I didn’t have scissors at the time, So I winged it.
Basically, take light paper. and use a pencil to trace around the edges of the film window. Now cut it Out and it’s ready.
Ok, now spray paint both windows black, using the template to keep it neat.
(Once again, this one kinda sucks since I winged it)
Let the tape dry for about 3 hours. Now put it back in the case. :D There you go. Fairly easy access, and a garenteed good hiding spot. I know this is gonna be dropped, but I really don’t care :\\

Oh ya, some VHS tapes don’t have the windows, so if you don’t wanna spraypaint, use one of those. |

Trooper: When you spray paint it right, It has the same texture as the rest of the tape. If it were just smooth on the windows, snooping parents would know.
