the principle of this is simple, what you do is wait for and ungodly cold day, like negative 0 degrees F perhaps, then fine someone who you are really really pissed at. Locate their car. Pour a large amount of water onto it. if it is cold enough the water will freeze almost instantly allowing you to keep adding layers untill your little heart is content. The last time i did this i got about a solid layer of ice about 4 inches thick on someones car before i was too god damn cold to go on. needless to say comming out to a car with 4 inches of ice, over the enirety of you car would be quite hillarious to some and to others.......well you get the idea
