get a piece of PVC anywhere from 3 to 5 feet long. YOU can make the pipe as wide as you want. glue a cap on one end and glue a cap that can be screwed on and off on the other end. through the middle of the removable cap drill a hole and either put a very long straw in it or put a quarter or half inch wide piece of PVC that is longer than the first pipe. This is the straw. Now go to a convenient store that has 50 cent refills and fill the pipe up. Normally you can get a 32 ounce cup of soda for 50 cents but doing this you can get a whole bunch more for the same price.
