It lacks actual information. There are no guarantees that the site that you linked to will maintain those addresses. So, in a year (or less) this egg is going to be N/G.
This egg has no real information OTHER than those links. Needs more to be considered an egg.
Everything here can be found simply by searching Google for C#.
