How to change batch file icons

this egg will tell you how to change batch file icons

1 have your batch file saved where ever just put it somewhere out of site like in the documents folder or something

2 then right click on the desktop and click new then click shortcut a new window will open up for the shortcut..then click browse and find your batch file and click open

3 after you get the location of the batch file in the shortcut then just click ok until the window closes and your new shortcut is on the desktop..it will look like a batch file still so right click on the shortcut and click properties

4 when the window for the shortcut properties opens up click on the change icon button

5 after you find an icon you like select it and hit ok then when you get back to the shortcut window click apply and then ok....
thats it now you can make your batch files look like internet explorer or control panel or whatever...however the default icons are limited so if you want go URL here and download some more icons for your icon folder...

This is pretty much common sense and the egg is far too short. 2* for the minimal effort you put into this.

So what if its common sense? At least he fucking tried with a egg, and put some damn effort into the thing. He may have not written a gigantic in depth egg about it, but he got the general gist across in the pictures and short de5criptions. If its such common sense, why do you need such in depth de5criptions? Of course it doesn’t deserve a 5, but it at least is worth a 3.

I could write an egg on how to make toast and take pictures but it’d still be a shit egg. Come up with something original and post and i’ll give it a 5* but if your just going to spew forth this crap then save yourself the humiliation and don’t write obvious and crappy egg’s.
