this is a good way to scare a really gullible person.

MATERIALS:
-coathanger
-wire cutters
-elastic band
-big round button
-large envelope
-pingpon balls

First, take a coat hanger and make a "U" shape out of it using the wire cutters. Cut the elastic band and weave it through the button. tie the ends of the elastic band to the end of the coat hanger. Place the contraption in a large envelope, add few ping pong balls too but make sure they dont interfere with the elastic or button. before u close the envelope, wind the button up tight. seal the envelope and write on the back "CAUTION RATTLESNAKE EGGS". Then mail it to your dumb@$$ friend. When they try to open the envelope, the button will spin making a rattling sound.
