Im usely not a big fan of cooking eggs but this shits the bomb & i know how much you eggheads like ramen noodles.
CHINESE CABBAGE SALAD
1 Head chinese cabbage ,sliced thin
1 Bunch green onions ,sliced thin
1 Stick margarine or butter
2 pkgs. Ramen noodles
2 C. Croutons
1/2 C. Sunflower seeds
1pkg. Sliced almonds
Melt butter in skillet;stir in soup base from noodles. Break noodles into small pieces;add noodles, croutons, nutz & seeds. Cook over medium heat untill browned; drain on paper.
DRESSING
1 C. liquid oil
1 C. sugar
1/2 C. vinegar
2 T.soy sause
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Put in container;shake until well mixed.
Serves 6 to 8 people. @
