Salmon

Salmon is a very versatile fish that can be cooked and consumed many ways, today I aim to show you a simple way to cook a meal for 2.

Ingredients:

2 Portions of Boneless Salmon. (With Skin)
10-12 Baby New Potatoes.
2 Portions of Garden Peas. (Frozen is easier)
Salt
Pepper
Mixed Herbs (Optional)
Olive Oil. (Optional)
Butter. (Optional)

Method

1.First we will fill a pan 1/2 full with water.

This needs to be boiling before we add the potatoes. Cook them on High Power the whole time.

2. Add the potatoes. Just drop ’em in.

Now they will take around 15 minutes to be cooked.

3. You now need to choose whether you will be frying your fish in Olive Oil, or Butter. Butter will give it a creamy taste and olive oil will give it a nutty taste. This is entirely down to personal preference.

4.Add your chosen ingredient.

5. Heat it up. It needs to be on the verge on bubbling.

6. Add your Salmon.

Skin facing Down. Sunny Side Up.

Your Going to want to cook them for around 5 Minutes on Medium-High Power.

7. Add your Salt and Pepper once the salmon has acquired a nice golden color on the outside.

8. Turn the power down to medium and take your peas from the freezer. Place a decent helping into a bowl. Cook for 3 minutes on full power in a microwave.

9. You will now remove the salmon from the pan and place on the plate/s along with the peas.

10. Now you must strain the potatoes.

.

11. Add the potatoes to the plates and butter ’em up if need be.

12. End Result.

Serve an ice cold glass of:

Enjoy.

If you cook it with butter then you can add cream and some stock , which evidently makes a tasty sauce.

cookery eggs suck - with the exception of this delicious repast. Fucking easy and tasty .Would also be nice with freshly caught fish instead of paying fuck loads for 2 portions of salmon. (pay = gay) 3*
