Find a company you like, such as sony, microsoft, or for skaters, zero, or for people who want food, BK, etc...

Go to their website, and try to find a "contact us" page, look for a corporate address. If that fails use Google, searching for "-Company’s name-’s corporate address" or something to that effect.

Write them (keep it as professional as possible, ergo, use templates, fold the letter in thirds, top down, then bottom up). Your letter can be either positive (Hey, i love your product, keep up the good work!), or negative (I was at -such and such- store location and i was offended, your employees were sub par, the display was bad[whatever you want], and would just like to inform you). Be polite, and be professional, i cannot stress this enough, the more so that you are, the better your chances are of getting free stuff.

Once you’re finished put a stamp on it and send it. Wait a few weeks, your not guaranteed to get anything, but I’ve gotten about $50-$60 worth of stuff from various companies. The more companies you hit the better chance you’ve got of getting something in return.

The addresses I\\’ll be listing are going to be in the US, so if your somewhere else, Find a company close to you, you can get addresses from the sites normally.

Here are Microsoft and Sony’s corporate addresses, I got 200 Points(xbl) from Microsoft and a pack of stickers from Sony:

Microsoft
Microsoft Corporation
One Microsoft Way
Redmond, WA 98052-7329

Sony
550 Madison Ave.
New York, NY US 10022

Mind you the companies will never send you anything expensive, but some will give you coupons, free food vouchers, stickers, or just a note of thanks(or apology) in return.

Hope you get lucky and they send you some good stuff. Enjoy!

This is a pretty good idea but with most companies I’m not sure if it would be worth the price of postage. I just don’t know how many would actually care enough to open your letters and then send you a reply/free stuff.
Still not a bad idea so 4* for the idea plus the effort you put into it. The only reason it isn’t getting 5* is because there is no guarantee.

First, there is this thing called the egg directory. Use it. This way we don’t have the same egg over and over.

2nd (Qoute) Simple because he just copied someone on this sites idea, even if he didn’t know. I think you need to go back to school because you write like a retarded immigrant who is trying to learn English. Use you caps lock key and for fucks sake talk in sentences.

Original Idea
5*
Copying without knowing
-4

Total 1*

I know its a shitty egg. It’s just RE has not been letting me view the directory, and all of the other eggs only the ones on home page. I fived the idea because it is legible although many grammar errors. To my knoweledge it was orriginal but thanx for letting me know that he c/p luckily my vote did not register. I can understand grammer errors, and shitty eggs but copying now thats fucked. OH and by the way my keyboard was fucked and i got it fixed yesterday. Yes i know i am always in a hurry to pay attention to all of my grammar but it took me like 30 min to type that last post

Hi ****: Thank you for telling us once again about your disappointing experience with Mug Root Beer. Your satisfaction is very important to us and we are sorry that you had a problem. We do have processes in place to ensure that all products leaving our facility are up to our high standards of quality. We apologize in advance for the inconvenience but we need to make a report to our Quality Assurance department and require the following information: - the full date and production code from the bottom of the can- the code stamped in a silver stripe on the side of the can - the code engraved under the tab on the top of the can- the name and address of thestore where purchased- the date the product was purchased Once we receive this information, our Quality Assurance personnel will check the records for that date of production and ensure the necessary corrective action is taken to ensure this does not happen again. Thank you for informing us of this. Kind regards,Robin

I am sorry I threw the can out but I bought it at the Mac’s conviennience store on livingstone street in Barrie Ontario. The date I bought it was August 25th

They still send you the coupon

oops forgot the original message

Mug root beer is my favourite pop and is almost the only pop I drink , but the other day I had a bad experience with a mug root beer. I bought it at a Macs conviennence store in Barrie , Ontario. I was going to open it and then the tab broke off. I dont know if this experience should make me switch to a more reliable product.

By the way you can get a whole family dinner out of boston pizza

I wasted about eight years of my life slinging grease for obnoxious drunks and other degenerates while attending school during the day. We had pre-printed business cards for giving away free food. The cards had blanks for writing the expiration date, the amount of free food, and the manager’s signature. Someone obviously got hold of some blank cards and filled them out himself, writing "10 TACOS" on the food blank, and putting an illegible scribble on the blank for the manager’s signature. That, and saying "Watch this" to his friend before presenting the card to me was a dead giveaway.

He got his ten tacos, all right, free of charge, but I made sure they contained only lettuce. We throw out about 40 pounds of lettuce each and every day. He never tried his shenanigans again.
