Lift the lid off of a toilet resevoir, remove the small hose that refills the tank from it’s plastic harness. Position the hose over the edge of the tank and set the lid down on top of it. Make sure the hose does not stick out too far. When the victim flushes the toilet the water will spray out and flood the place. Excellent prank for parties, neighbors, annoying roommates, etc.
