Ok here’s how to slow people down or make them wreak their car
1)cut the shape of a cat out of card board
2)make a stand for the ’cat’
3)color cat black
4) attach stand
5)cut holes for eyes
6)put aluminum foil in eye holes
7)put the cat in the road
8)run like hell to a spot you can see the cat at and be hiden at the same time
