in perth you would wait till thursday which is the night where everyone puts there bins out that are full of rubish
hold on to one of the bins and if it isnt very full fill its with rocks out of a car window whn you find a nice t junction and get the car goint to avbout fifty kilometres an hour then slam on the brakes and let go often watch as the bin slides through there garage door
